The turnover rate for registered nurses is extremely high, especially in the location in Mexico. Develop a recruitment plan to attract and retain qualified registered nurses in the hospitals. Include a visual diagraph to represent the turnover rate over the last five years. The retention plan will be presented to the board of directors.
