The company is a joint venture between Mubadala Development Company with 60 percent stake and Electronic Data Systems (EDS) with 40 percent stake. Mubadala Development Company has its origin in Abu Dhabi while EDS is a leading global technology service provider of Hewlett Packard having more than 40 years of experience in handling outsourcing services in various industrial sectors.
